          A group started in the year 2000 by Mr. Suraj Parmar, Mr. Pradip Chopra and Mr. Manish Mehta, the group prides itself on its integrity, quality and fabulous work. Having a 30 year background in the construction line the founders of this group have built various townships in Virar, Vasai, Thane and Nallasopara. Their quality work has made them a name to reckon with in these areas. The individuals who form the backbone of the group have spent years establishing themselves in the construction indu stry and have now become a name that is considered royalty in this field. Slums have represented a vital part of Mumbai's cityscape for several decades and its growth rate has resulted in the city gaining the name 'Slumbay'. Due to poor income levels and lack of better alternatives, slum dwellers are compelled to live in unhygienic environments. We (We) have dedicated time and effort in enhancing the standard of living of these unfortunate people by taking over a few projects from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (S.R.A). The completion of these projects has resulted in the building of over 1,000 homes for families and has brought about a marked improvement in their hygiene and health. We will continue to be socially responsible and contribute towards raising the standard of living in Mumbai City. The Group has maintained an impeccable record of timely possession, quality work and creating long lasting homes for the past 30 years.
